| Description: | Summary of duties: Coordinate the delivery of customer services to ensure compliance with licensure and funding requirements. Hire staff; determine training needs; proactively produce weekly schedules to fulfill customers' designated units; prioritize and plan in order to meet deadlines. |
| Duties: | - Monitor and evaluate quality of program services to ensure effectiveness
- Ensures satisfactory performance of staff
- Ensure fiscal responsibility within assigned caseload
- Ensure caseload is in compliance with accreditation & funder guidelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction with LS services
- Other responsibilities as assigned

| Qualifications: | Required knowledge: Knowledge of disabilities, funding sources, and labor laws Required Skills/Abilities: Problem solving; critical thinking; ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and plan in order to meet deadlines; excellent communication skills; supervisory skills; One or more years of professional experience working with persons with mental retardation and/or developmental disabilities; ability to do basic math; prioritize and plan in order to meet deadlines; computer skills required; vehicle; valid insurance; driver's license (Class E Missouri) with ability to travel independently; ability to continually walk or stand up to 3 (three hours); ability to read, comprehend, write and speak effectively in English; ability to lift, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds in weight Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 24 earned credit hours in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Counseling, Recreation (including specialty areas such as Art, Dance, Music, or Physical Education), Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing, or other specialties in the field of human services. |
