| Description: | The occupational therapist assistant is responsible for successfully evaluating and implementing occupational therapy services. He or she ensures that these services achieve Life Skills mission, meet individual goals and objectives for each client along with providing consultative services to families, caregivers, support staff, outside agencies and employees of Life Skills ** The hours for this position will be in the 3 pm - 7 pm range. The number of days can vary, but weekend mornings are needed. ** |
| Duties: | Core Functions
- Provide direct occupational therapy services for clients of all ages.
- Implement OT goals in accordance with IEP, PCP and/or ISP.
- Provide support to families, school districts and other stakeholders.

| Qualifications: | Education: Associate's degree or higher in occupational therapy. Appropriate licensure/certification in occupational therapy.
Experience/Knowledge: At least one year of successful work experience and knowledge in sensory integration therapy, and experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders. |
